The hotel is lovely to walk into, the staff are so helpful, food delicious and the pool is fun (if very small). However the room feels dated, it has not been designed with what travellers need - places to hang things, places to dry wet swimsuits, the bathroom has no room to put toiletries for more than 1 person. It was jist annoying. The shower was so powerful when I switched it on, because of the angel it had been left at, the entire bathroom got soaked, including towels and clothes. It was so so annoying.

An outstanding hotel. Friendly/helpful staff, excellent central location and good value given the quality of the hotel. Breakfast buffet covered all tastes with attentive service. Overall, I would highly recommend the Oriental Jade Hotel for couples and families alike.
