Room was very clean but quite small, well situated for the old quarter. It was a bit noisy at night time.

The location on the quaint little side street was amazing. Breakfast was a multi national selection of dishes with lovely attentive service from Trang who would have turned buffet service in waitress service if you’d asked! Thanks Trang. Celena also deserves a mention as she took us under her wing and made sure that all our trips were successful and our (many) questions answered. Ninh Bin and Halong Bay successfully and enjoyably completed with Celena’s help- thanks Celena.

Rooms are compact and Bijou but exceptionally clean and the most comfortable night sleep wonderful staff would definitely go back thank you

Amazing staff, very clean room, loved the rooftop bar. Close to lots of attractions. Very quiet as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff were so helpful at the time. Many thanks to Geoffrey (general manager), Anna on reception and Bin and the other bell boys. We were very well looked after.
