Clean. Central. Outdated. Tiny showers. Looked like there were blood stains in the tub. Needs a good Reno. Cleaning staff extremely polite.

The room carpet was not vacuumed.

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

Overall, the hotel was in good shape however the outlets to charge phones and hair dryers, etc.. We’re not working very loose, even though we brought a converter. We also asked for our complementary Prosecco to be delivered, and it was never delivered or followed upon. I didn’t bother to ask them again. One morning we asked for a taxi cab and one of the staff members pointed outside to us to get our own, the taxi driver we selected ended up giving us counterfeit money as change. All other times staff had called a trusted cab service. A plus was the connected rooms and the complimentary breakfast. I would not stay here again, but over all it decent if you want to stay close to Trevi and local shops and restaurants.

The room was musty and smelled like dust. Both showers barely functioned as showers as both shower heads barely worked and both leaked water all over the floors

Pay attention if you are staying in Encore to the North and South portions of the hotel. The south side on the 25th floor overlooking the hotel and toward the Sphere is awesome until Friday night when the outdoor night club by the pool plays very loud music with deep subwoofer. The boom boom at different rhythms prevented our sleep, At 2:30 a.m. the booming was still happening, after going on all day Friday, and the front desk offered us earplugs and suggested we close our drapes. This noise continues until 4:00 a.m. whether there are people there or not. When checking out, the clerk recommended staying on the north where it's quiet. Apparently, there are consistent complaints. Also, in the various lounges and bars, smoking is allowed. This hotel was highly recommended to us, but after getting 2 hours of sleep to rise at 6:00 a.m. for an outgoing flight, we won't be stying there again. Apparently the few folks that attend the outdoor booming bar are more important than the folks trying to sleep all the way up to the 25th floor! Expedia needs to put a disclaimer for these rooms on that side of the hotel. We ended up having to cut our trip short and for that we were grateful-trying to sleep with that noise three nights in a row would have been impossible.

Hotel is nice. Only the kiddy/smaller pool was open and it closed at 5, which is fairly early. The bigger pool opened the day we left which was a TUESDAY, and that also closes at 5. And I checked in online expecting to just pick up a key when I got there but I ended up doing a check in again it seems. At no point was I informed about the amount of the hold what would be left. It was kind of just…. “Let me see the card you used and if. Here’s your room key”. Other than that, the hotel is nice. You can walk to the Bellagio and the Miracle mile mall without a problem. Any other part of the strip I’d Uber
