"Attended international SKÅL CONFERENCE ONLY NEGATIVE was Rm 117 no where to hang WET TOWELS left on the counter and they kept replacing them. No one replaces towels at home everyday or sheets every second day…waste of water, time and money. If towels are not on the floor they ar CLEAN. PLEASE INSTALL ..."

"Juan was amazing at this hotel. We arrived very early in the morning so our room was not ready. He got us situated with some coffee and snacks and gave us an intro as to what to see and where to eat in Arequipa. Very attentive and friendly."
