Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back.

We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool.
