"Serving staff was efficient and friendly especially at breakfast. However, staff in reception area was not. We got our room an hour late after sitting in the lobby for 2 hrs, and seeing a multitude of guests arrive after us and given their room keys. Its only after asking twice then we were given our room. No apologies while we waited, and absolutely NO refreshments offered although every guest received after we arrived. No attempt at compensation for this issue was done. Everything else at the hotel was great. "

"I am extremely disappointment regarding my recent stay. I originally booked a Suite for my family of four. However, upon arrival, I was placed in a one-bedroom suite that lacked a door for the shower section, providing no privacy. My room category was downgraded without my knowledge or consent. Despite this, the hotel has maintained its non-refundable policy and kept my entire payment. This is especially frustrating as I was assured by the manager that I would receive a refund for the discrepancy. Furthermore, the property had a significant mosquito issue, and there appeared to be a complete lack of coordination regarding bookings and reservations. I expected much better service from a hotel chain of this magnitude. Beware of this hotel. It’s a complete bait and switch. Would never recommend or stay here again. "

"Park View Apartments is a little piece of heaven. The apartment was lovely and exactly what I needed. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities that made it feel like a true home away from home. My flight arrived in the evening, and Margaret personally checked me in, which I really appreciated. On the morning of my departure, she also came to see me to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness and thoughtfulness made my stay even more special. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in Grenada, and I would happily recommend it to anyone."

"Room was clean. Staff was Wonderful. Mrs Sharon and her family did an excellent job. Thr Reef is absolutely a Gem..being able to have all your necessities with such a laid back vibe. I had the Honeymoon Suite.. my own private pool was so nice.. literally steps away from the beach..the only thing that was a shock was the hill on the driveway .. which is nothing compared to everything else. The view of the stars at night was absolutely beautiful. "

"Loved the cottages! Great location, nice beach even when the wind was howling at Grand Anse. The grounds were amazing and the sound of the waves at night was very calming. The Sand Bar was incredible to have within steps of the cottage. Overall, it exceeded expectations. "

"Only stayed one night. Stayed the night before we went into Sandals. Service cleanliness was excellent. The restaurant was very good. I had the risotto with some of the best risotto I've ever had.. restaurant open an airy, staff very friendly. Highly recommend will be staying there in years to come."
