The room was lovely with great view of Funchal Harbour. Room service breakfast every morning sitting on balcony was extremely relaxing. This was our second stay and we'll be back. Special mention and applause to chef and staff at Blue Lagoon restaurant on site by the pool.

We have just had a 3 night stay at the Hotel and it was lovely. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and gave us a brief tour, when our room was ready we were again escorted there by a member of reception.
