The Silo Stay is a unique setup and experience! A mix of rustic, comfortable and quiet. We absolutely love'd it.

Very clean and modern hotel in a great location; walkable to many restaurants, shopping and the tram. Rooms were very small though and gym was poor; we had booked this hotel expecting a decent gym but were greatly disappointed by the small enclosed space.

Outstanding accommodation. We've been touring New Zealand for nearly 5 weeks and this was by far the best!! Super clean. Super quiet. Super comfortable. Wish we cohld stay longer.

Return visit after 35 years ! It has gone a bit more upmarket but overall had not changed much . Still very comfortable, clean and convenient for everything beautiful Christchurch has to offer. Loved George the bear who went on to travel all over New Zealand for 3 month with us . Hope to be back before the next 35 years !
