Staff, the BEST; clean room, great breakfast selection; went to the nearby shopping mall (Westfield East Garden) .

Perfect location for exploring Sydney. Easy 30 minute walk to Circular Quay (buses, ferries), the foreshore walk and the Opera House. Very close to shops, restaurants, cafes, Chinatown and a large Coles grocery store. I was in a large, bright, very comfortable corner apartment with a kitchen. Very clean and well stocked. Very helpful and attentive staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is the worst! No one was there to check us in. Waited 30 minutes then a girl strolled in saying she was at the “other property”. Bathroom door broken, washer and dryer didn’t work, desk chair broke while my husband was sitting in it, sending him to the floor. Garbage in hallway. Balcony filthy. Staff was uncooperative and refused to give us information so we could talk to management. The clerk we were talking with, turned away and walked out the door saying “my shift is over”. I highly recommend you remove this place from your list.

Wonderful modern property. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Shout out to VIP host Federika who was amazing. Great dining options and lively bar. Housekeeping was the one weak point....items missed and cleaning could be better. Would definitely return.

I think this hotel is under new management since our last visit and the staff were much friendlier and helpful, the reception area had changed and I think the room we had (304) was easily the absolute best room in the whole hotel!

This hotel is so old, tired and worn. The room we stayed in only had a window into a pigeon nest area. Bed was up against wall on one side and only one pillow each. Spare pillow in wardrobe had no cover and blood stained! Avoid this pit at all costs. So many other choices nearby. Never ever again!!

Hotel in good location close to shops and public transport. Easy access to airport by train. Room was sparse but clean and comfortable with basic amenities.
