The room was clean, the staff courteous, and breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was excellent and lovely onsen and sauna facilities. GRE location for teamLABS and hotel is really close to a station that is only a ~10 minute ride to Tōkyō station

Spotless, immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond.

This place is great. The rooms aren’t big but more of a reason not to stay in there everything‘s available so close by. I highly recommend rock inn dice for great beers and rock music. Just a short walk away. There’s also a gym across the street. They’re a little strict, especially if you have tattoos, but just cover them up.

Loved the steak restaurant

I loved my stay. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience. The highlight was the breakfast breakfast. The hotel is very clean and i loved the location. I would stay again.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I wanted to take my time to write a truly thoughtful and detailed review because this place absolutely deserves it. During my stay in Japan, I stayed at several different hotels while visiting multiple cities, and none of them were able to surpass the expectations set by this one. This was the first hotel of my trip, and it instantly became one of my all-time favorites. The location was excellent, the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in my life. Out of all the countries I have visited, this hotel easily offered the best breakfast experience. The views were beautiful, the gym was great, and the spa and massage services were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible hospitality — even walking me all the way to the front to assist with my Uber. Every single detail was taken care of, and the entire experience was flawless. I honestly cannot find a single thing to complain about. I normally do not write reviews, but this stay truly deserved an exceptional one. This hotel has set the bar extremely high, and I genuinely believe it will be very hard for any other hotel to surpass this experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Really nice rooms and bathroom. The staff were nice and they had lots of cool amenities in the lobby.
