We waited 1 hr for the shuttle and then learned you had to call for them to pick you up at airport. Food ok. Shower was leaking. Staff are kind and professional. We cancelled our room returning from our trip. Booked a hotel where shuttles arrive every 30 minutes at Pearson and for better food options

It’s very new and clean，I also love the design of the room, staffs are also very nice and polite. But there’s only 2 bottle of water for every stay, no more drinkable water offer anymore, they have water selling at the bar, it’s 5 bucks each. Also there’s no slippers offered, I feel like the hotel should prepare more necessities for customers as a 4 star hotel, but over all, I like the hotel
