very convenient for families and with small children. close to JR and metro they have laundry facility in room and my teenage girls really liked the shower head.

Location was near the station, about 5-10mins walk. Room was clean and spacious. having washer and dryer in the room was a plus too! The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Also, they have free umbrella use for rainy day. And we also utilized their baggage delivery service upon check out( with a fee) . Will stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located and was easy for our family of 5. There are plenty of places to eat and go within walking distance. Staff were fantastic and very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer in the room and they dried all of our clothes which was appreciated. Breakfast is not included so be prepared to find food in the area. There is a 7-11 around the corner but if you want a sit down breakfast you need to find a place that is open early enough. We also had an issue with a lot of places closed on Monday and Tuesday which was when we were staying in the area.

Very clean room, fantastic shower and comfy bed. Breakfast had a good selection and the fresh bread was tasty. A great location for shopping in the area and very quiet as on a side street.

For our stay, we reserved two accommodations: one featuring a Tokyo Tower view and the other overlooking the city skyline, both of which were absolutely lovely. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff is highly attentive. Opting for lounge access proved invaluable after long days of sightseeing; the lounge features an extensive breakfast, a diverse selection of beverages, and substantial culinary offerings throughout the day. Strategically located next to major train stations, it provides a perfect central base for utilizing Go or Uber. Additionally, the premium Japanese skincare amenities are outstanding. We love that we had enough space for 5 people. It was very near to 2 train stations. We were early for check in but they took us anyway.
