The Empire Hotel is in a great location. It has a restaurant to the right and a gelato shop to the left of the entrance. Both were very good. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The lobby was fantastic and you get complimentary bottled water at the front desk whenever you want. That was definitely a plus for me since I drink a lot of water. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel . Clean friendly. The pool area is amazing. I highly recommend.

old classic nyc hotel, our corner room was very clean and comfortable, and super large for nyc standards! the beds were comfortable, linens were quality. separate vanity area from bathroom, walk in closet. good water pressure and handheld shower. the double glazed windows kept it extremely quiet even on 51st and 7th, staff was always pleasant, friendly and professional. an unexpected bargain, very pleased.

Can you some updating? The staff is amazing. Awesome. The view is amazing in the Hudson suite. The rooftop bar is only worth seeing the view the meal. The food is not worth it. No American beer the food the meal however they consider it. It’s just not worth it. It’s like a bunch of appetizers you share. If you’re gonna go with anything on that menu that is that much go with the birdcage chicken besides that nothing on that menu is worth anything. It’s not a full dinner mail. It’s more like going up there. Sharing a couple weird plates for very expensive tab you’re only paying for the view

What a wonderful stay. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was outstanding. An unexpected upgrade, the kind, friendly staff, and a gorgeous, spacious room made our visit so very special.
