The staff is one of the best things about the St. James’ Court hotel. They are courteous, friendly and extremely attentive. The rooms are nice and very comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern. Great location that is close to the Tube, Buckingham Palace, and walkable distance to Trifalgar Square and Covent Garden and the theatre district.

I think rooms are overpriced for its condition. 1st night sink clogged, room good size but not the cleanest. And as far as friendliest not there at all.
