Excellent location, great staff, good breakfast. Nice room. Very pleasant stay every time.

The staff was so accommodating and arranged our transfers to and from the Airport as well. We stayed in the club room which was very spacious really clean and fantastic value for Money. We certainly stay here again if we’re coming back to Beijing.

Room was clean and reasonably spacious with good storage space. Unlimited supply of bottled water. Free use of laundry facilities. Subway less than 2 mins walk away on Line 5. Close to forbidden city. Many places to eat. Overall a very good experience

A great stay, staff are very helpful and spoke good English, good location by the metro station.

The hotel has a convenient location walking distance to the Forbidden city, TianAnMen Square and many malls. however the room is out of date. A major drawback is strong and disgusting cigarette smell even though our room is supposed to be smoke free. Another major drawback drawback is the terrible bathroom layout. The room has no single bathroom——- shower, tub, sink, toilets are scattered at different corners of the room, not combined as one unit. That means after you walked out of the wet shower stall, it is directly the big bedroom. There isn’t a dry, private transition area to change and keep your clothes dry. Last but not least The property description was very misleading. It says the one bedroom apartment sleeps four people, which leaves you the impression “the room must have a bed and a sofa bed”. but in reality, it only has one bed. when I was trying to clarify via messaging with the hotel host, she kept dodging the question by saying “you can sleep as many people as you want but there is only 1 bed”.

We visited the hotel during a busy period and getting in required going through security. It was a fairly quick process however. We also had an issue with housekeeping not doing a great job making up our room. The bed would be lumpy and on one occasion it was made over a bathrobe instead of moving the bathrobe to make the bed. I told Tom the front desk staff and they were great. They really tried to rectify the situation and make sure we were happy/comfortable even though it really wasn’t their fault.
