Isla Contoy Pet-friendly Holidays

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.only the beach had some sargassum on it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Food options are good but going to Royal Sands is a welcome add-on

Atelier was a great stay. The facilities, rooms, walkways, and everything were extremely clean and well taken care of. The resort was beautiful overall with great beach access, pools, and lots to do. There were constant fun and engaging activities to enjoy, and different pool/beach vibes for any type of vacationer. The food/drinks were great with many high tier options, and the staff was EXTREMELY kind. Every single worker walked by with a smile and made you feel welcome. A couple very nitpicky criticism's: the resort is a bit of a maze, it took us almost 3 days to figure out how the buildings/levels worked. When we first arrived at 2pm on a Thursday, all of the dinner reservations except for one restaurant were booked out for the day, and we were told to get on at 12:01 AM to have a chance at the soonest available reservation for Sunday night (we got it and it was worth it for the steakhouse). The room service took a while and wasn’t very good compared to the restaurants we attended (to be expected). Last one: make sure to bring cash if you plan to tip/spend it. All 3 ATMs on site were non-functioning and there was no other way to get cash.

The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Sad to leave, but will be back.the food is fenomenal at the resyaurants and at the buffets! Entertainment needs a bit of work, But the beach parties are great...
