Everything was great except the payment facility. Still they owe me more than $150 from my deposit balance they didn't give me back what they was supposed to return by 5 to 10 business days and its almost 2 months passed.

They should just promote their $5 breakfast, rather than saying free breakfast included but with a $5 gratuity. Words matter and they should promote what they actually have. Not a convenient area that has any free parking in the vicinity.

Great value in busy area of downtown LA. Close to Staple Center, dodger Stadium and a number of good restaurants. The outdoor space has a large pool and hot tub. Movies every night. Gym has top notch equipment including multiple peletona. Rooms are all suites. Two large rooms with apartment style common space. Subzero fridge freezer. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Many with balaconies w/ excellent views of the skyline.
In the same area of LA as the Conrad, Ritz, and other high end boutique hotels. This place is the best value by far
