Room was clean and well presented, room was larger then I expected. The Lady at reception was lovely and very easy to approach.

Very nice large room, with kitchen. It was clean but did show some wear and tear. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay there: staff were courteous, bed was comfortable, ro9m was clean and I liked the quietness . The Wi-Fi was a bit of a let down though, it kept dropping out at times. But I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely staff on arrival, very freindly and helpful. room really clean and location was top notch to Tennis.

Room, bathroom were clean. Staff was curteous. If one thing i thought they could do better was to advise guests that their key was needed to turn on the lights. they did not advise and having never seen this system before made things inconvenient.

Really well situated, great amenities in the hostel. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and privacy screen was a great idea.

Staff were absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, bed was comfortable. Only downfall was shower area was narrow, no disabled handrails and tiles were a bit slippery. Small damages in room: 1. Dent in wall above landline phone. 2. Cracked tile in bathroom below light switch and vanity bench.

Clean rooms. It would be nice if all the lights are working. Otherwise everything is alright. My children loved the pool area.

Clean room, suitable for its purpose. Staff were helpful. Great little coffee ☕ shop inside it, but separate as a business. And when I say little, I mean little. Two tables in & out 😜. Nice staff there too & good coffee ☕.

We had such a great stay here. The room was pretty tiny for 4 of us but it was very comfortable and actually the bathroom was really nice. The place was super clean, they came in and made our beds and gave us fresh towels every day. The breakfast was delightful, the lady who runs the front of house at the breakfast is brilliant. The location is perfect for exploring Auckland, there’s loads in a short walk away from the hotel.
