Nice property but disappointing service. The room was clean. Soundproof was good except for the door. Heard a lot of door slamming from neighbors after midnight so wasn’t able to sleep well. The in-room tablet did not work. I requested a new one AT LEAST 6 times and was told “we will put in a request” every time. But it didnt happen so I was not able to use it for my entire stay. Too bad because everything in the room said “check in-room tablet”. Since I didn’t have a working tablet, I didn’t know the prices. I got hungry and grabbed a snack from the room, then got charged a crazy fee for it…
