"The staff was friendly. The lobby was nice and welcoming. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only negative was I could hear everything in the hall and in the room across the hall. The room was not soundproof at all."

"Night reception was lacking — when she did come out, she didn’t greet with a nice “hello” or other welcome and just asked if we were checking in. She was definitely more process-driven than customer-caring. The 4 I gave is because the morning staff made up for it — super friendly and helpful."
