Room was musty, charging station on desk didn't work, handle fell off the bathtub when taking a shower. The bar was great. Bartender was topnotch we had a good time . Checking in was a ordeal, long lines, they need more help.

Hotel could use some updates. Stayed at a Kimpton in Tokyo and the service and quality was outstanding. Definitely not the same experience in Miami
