Mid North Coast Hinterland Pet-friendly Holidays

Enjoyed my stay whilst there

No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

The toilet and bathroom. Has long black hair on it. Right near the spa there was a white jelly bean. The pillows were absolutely awful. Soft as anything. You had to fold them up to sleep. And the ln the beds were only doubles

Very difficult to find entrance at first. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Location was good, had a nice view of the water from the balcony.

Fantastic stay. Friendly staff, excellent location. We stay here every time we visit Broadbeach and we will definitely be back.

I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal.

They came through in a pinch with a last min room. Very nice facility, thoughtfully put together, cute, quirky, but still practical and not over the top.

The staff were excellent during check-in, and the property was exactly as listed.

The location is amazing: right on the beach, easy walk into Surfers shops and eateries, free onsite parking, really well set up with three bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer, two bathrooms and heaps of room to spread out a bit.

Centrally located. Very nice and responsive hotel staff. But the room is really small. Make sure you request for an updated, clean room if you decide to book in this hotel.
