Clean room. VERY old towels. Ants in the room.

It was nice and quiet place....away from central areas not too far..we booked for 3 and when we got in the tea cups were for 2...there was no daily top up of tea or coffee packs till asked! Breakfast was basic but ok... We checked out 3 days before to another place....and to our surprise the paid for the ride cost!!! BUT WITH A CATCH..ONLY IF WE GIVE V GOOD REVIEWS BEFORE WE LEAVE!!

My room was supposedly a Premier Executive room in the “new” wing. This wing felt unfinished and very tatty. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The bed was wedged against the window - no bedside cabinets or reading lights. The shower room was smaller than a bathroom on a cruise ship - it was simply ridiculous. I tried breakfast on the first morning, but walked away from. All that was on offer was a couple of hot dishes and coffee. Absolutely appalling. How this hotel justifies charging what it does is absolutely disgusting. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Singapore, and one of the worst ever anywhere.

Shower broken, we had no hot water at all after 8 nights of an 11 night stay. After 24 hours they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. There were ants in the room. The sofa bed was not suitable for adults and I hurt my back. The sound proofing was poor- conversations in next room could be heard but not what they were saying - but it kept me awake at night. The hotel is currently surrounded by building sites. On the plus side; very close to MRT and shopping centre. Bus stops outside and very central location. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Singapore. From the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional service, everything was first class. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured our stay was memorable. A special mention to Narendra, who was extremely helpful, attentive and always happy to assist with anything we needed. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. A fantastic experience, and we very much look forward to returning!

Club lounge is worth paying extra. Breakfast is quiet and well serviced, and avoids the crowds. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

The elevator on the outside of the building was very scary. They don’t have any enclosed elevators for people afraid of heights. I did not know this while booking. I would not stay there again. Also, the pool was closed and I did not know that either that’s partially when I booked it.
