Hawaii Pet-friendly Holidays

The location is amazing and you’re within reach of everything you need. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Some delays with requests and we did have to repeatedly ask but they were apologetic about it. Our room also had a broken exhaust fan so the entire room was very humid and muggy but it did not ruin our trip. A very good place to stay at if you’re not super strict on accommodations.

Location, staff, view, well kept and managed.

The property is in an excellent location. It is in the center of downtown Honolulu close to multiple bars and restaurants. Very close to most of the popular attractions, etc. While not on the beach, it is directly across the street from the beach with full beach access. My only critique is the $65 a day resort fees for which I felt we received very little value. The pool area is very small with limited seating and if you are there when there are multiple children, it is not a relaxing experience. We went the first day afternoon of our trip and did not bother going back. I would have preferred to have stayed a few blocks away from the ocean and saved that resort fee for the use we received.

I love everyday breakfast was so good, and I recommend going Hyatt hotel people so nice and gentle ☺️

Overall, the hotel was lovely and modern great central area, food shopping blocks away from the beach. My only concern or more annoyance is that every door being closed rattle the floor and you heard everything.

Overall clean but for luxury, minor details could be attended to. Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great as well.

Ocean view was excellent. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Only complaint was a large group there on a business trip locked up all of the pool side cabanas for days, and left most of them empty, most days. Seems there should be an occupancy rule or a limit to the number of cabanas that can be locked up…or limit the number of days in a row.
