We really enjoyed this lovely hotel. We enjoyed the balcony with the hammock . The bed was comfy and food at the restaurant was excellent.
The staff was so welcoming and attentive one of the best places we have stayed in Mexico.

I booked a non-refundable room at this place in December 2025 with a planned stay in mid April 2026. Mexico then decided to start dragging people out of their cars and suffering general drug related terror spread throughout their country.
I asked the hotel if they would consider a refund for my stay as I was understandably not comfortable going there any longer, Delta Airlines had no problem with it and gave me my money back; as good customer service and future guest retention would suggest. Not these guys though, ‘you booked it and too bad’.
You might enjoy the place though, who knows.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had a little kitchenette that was well-accoutered. It is conveniently located to most establishments, but is off the main drag, so it's quieter. There is a restaurant next door that can get loud, but they don't go late into the night.
