Staff is amazing as they do ever. If something needs fixing just ask them. The grounds could use some manicuring and trimming. Door stops are a trip hazard. Location is not in town but on the lake. It is quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I would never stay here again. After driving for several hours, I arrived exhausted. The male receptionist was cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. He handled my ID rudely, almost forgot to return it, and didn't even say thank you. His attitude made me extremely uncomfortable. I also questioned whether his behavior was discriminatory. When delivering coffee sachets, he was all smiles, apparently before recognizing me. However, when he saw me again at checkout, his expression immediately turned cold. I cannot know his intentions, but the contrast was disturbing. The female staff member was equally unprofessional. Room 104 was extremely noisy due to a connecting wooden door. She claimed all rooms were like this, yet my replacement room had no such issue. After extending my stay, I requested fresh bedsheets. She claimed there were no staff available on Sundays. Every simple request became unnecessarily complicated, with endless excuses, as though basic hotel services were extraordinary favors. The fridge had no milk, and coffee supplies were minimal. Is this really a four-star hotel? Both staff members made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Their attitudes were unacceptable for a hospitality business. Management and staff training are absolutely terrible. I have stayed in many hotels and rarely experienced such poor service. I will never return.

Lovely staff but whole place needs refurbishing and modernising. Tired furniture and carpets. Great shower!
