Beach view was magnificent.

We picked Azzura Greens because of the location while visiting family. Reception isn’t maned at night but instructions were pretty clear to get the keys. The unit was a good size, two bedroom with full kitchen and laundry. The pool area is very nice. Parking is underground and the entry / exit are on opposite sides, so be cautious when entering and leaving. Our unit unfortunately had a few issues, the WIFI wasn’t connected but was fixed when we mentioned it. The ceiling fan and tv did not work in the master bedroom, we did inform reception but nothing was done about them. The main issue was a bugs in the unit, they were every where and mostly annoying. We were there 6 nights and there was no service to the unit. I’m guessing each unit is privately owned so many units maybe he okay and some maybe not depending on the owners.

The location is amazing: right on the beach, easy walk into Surfers shops and eateries, free onsite parking, really well set up with three bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer, two bathrooms and heaps of room to spread out a bit.

The shower water pressure was quite low, and the temperature kept fluctuating—about 30 seconds cold followed by 30 seconds hot. I had to constantly adjust the shower, which made it uncomfortable to use.

Room was amazing and had the nicest staff . All were super friendly and extremely helpful. From The very first a check in with Winnie and Georgia , they were so lovely and genuinely nice girls.. definitely talking about coming back soon.. loved it Ps. Loved the santal 33 in bathroom. The apartment was great: cleanliness, location, view, amenities, parking etc. But I would never stay there again and this is why. Outside the apartment, at the elevators and in the corridors, there was a terrible, foul odour, eminating from the rubbish shoot, for the entire stay. The odour even came in to the apartment if we went near the front door, so we had to stuff a mat and towels against the bottom of the door. To make matters worse, I reported this offensive and putrid stench to the Hilton staff (concierge and security manager) 3 times, and each time they played dumb and made out like they didn't know anything about it. Some days the stink seemed worse than the previous day. It turns out that residents and guests throughout the building, on multiple floors, in the elevators, the corridors, at the pool, were discussing the disgusting smell amongst themselves (and with me), with many others making complaints to the Hilton staff and some moving rooms to higher floors in a bid to get away from it. According to some guests who had stayed there previously, this is a common and well known issue with this building. And the Hilton staff plays dumb about it and does nothing about it, pretending that it's the first time they've heard the complaint every time. Great apartment, great everything. But I will never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of other buildings in Surfers Paradise.

My family loved our time at the Pacific Regis. Fabulous apartment and really lovely staff. The pools were great and hot spa pools were an unexpected bonus! Perfect location across the road from the beach and so close to cafes and restaurants.
