The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area.

We stayed at the 'adult-only' Waitui Club and the service was excellent! We enjoyed the breakfast options, the canapes and the drinks that were all included in the accommodation. Was our second stay at the facility and we will definitely be back!

Operational staff from the village were all helpful, happy and friendly. Meals were lacking vegetables. Continental breakfast and availability to have cooked breakfast was terrific. Loved being involved in daily organised activities at retreat , including village tour.
I feel that locals and reception staff could work together moreso to provide transfers for guests to allow more options.
Overall a memorable experience with Fijian locals. Vinaka
