The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with great views of the mountains and the sleeping giant. The hotel is close to the city center and only 10 minutes or so from the airport. However, be careful with the so-called official taxi-drivers. They refuse anyone with credit cards and will try to rob you blind if you ask to use foreign currency, quoting a rate at least twice as much as normal. The good news is that I found out there are Uber operators that quote a fair price at the going rate. The one I used, Nathan, was wonderful- friendly, helpful, and professional, like the Novotel Hotel Nadi staff. The hotel is definitely worth a stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Pacific Hotel for four nights, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff created such a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. The breakfast buffet each morning was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including generous vegetarian choices and freshly prepared vegetable juices. It was the perfect way to start each day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The housekeeping and service attendants were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was just right. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown to us throughout our time at the hotel.
