Great location. Very clean & tidy.

Stayed for one night whilst seeing a show at Qpac. Proximity was great to the theatre and surrounding restaurants. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was very nice. The staff were very helpful and bed was also very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. The location is amazing, close to everything. The rooms are clean and tidy. The apartment needs some maintenance.

Room was clean, however re-used disposable slippers that had clearly been worn by others was a low point. Sink would not drain, reported in the morning AM and was not attended to, had to ask again PM evening for them to take care of it. Location convenient enough and hotel maintained to good standard. TV was most frustrating - obviously at time of visit World Cup being on free to air - their antenna or signal not strong enough, sometimes picture with sound, sometimes sound no picture so that was also very disappointing.

Great location, amazing leisure facilities- lots to do and lots to see very close by.

Went for work. Appreciated the early check in.

Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The location was perfect for my needs, the free public loop bus was available from the front of the hotel which took you to the city, but it was also a short 8 minute walk as well. Acces to Roma st station was easy. The rooms were well.apponted, clean and comfortable. All staff were welcoming. The onsite restaurant eas excellent for both dinner and breakfast. On my last day I had an early flight and the the dining area for breakfast wasnt opened but the staff understood and provided me with a breakfast box to take away which was amazing. Highly recommended.

Very noisy with lifts beside bedroom wall make sure you don't get one of these rooms, Bathroom could do with an update, wall in lounge dirty. Handy location to Suncorp, Roma St station, check in really good.
