Property was well located, clean and comfortable.

Good size room and clean. A/C worked wonderfully as did blackout curtains. Bed and pillows comfy. Was worried about outside noise due to Times Square location but it was a non issue. Bell hops were friendly and timely with bags. Some small negatives: bathroom frosted glass door shines bright light into room at night (if not staying alone) and no fan; pretty noisy from neighbors and doors slamming (glad I had ear plugs); was surprised at check-in they needed multiple ids and cc swiped twice.

Unbelievably excellent customer service For my mis-managed long weekend, Mother’s day debacle of a trip, my own fault. Somehow, I changed dates and confused myself with the itinerary. I was so emotional and mad at myself, However, service staff from the emphatic man who helped us with our luggage, the two people at the check in desk, along with the manager who was also so kind. Truly, words cannot describe how most grateful my Mom and I were for all of their help. I really want this review to be forwarded to the staff at the Margaritaville Hotel and Resort in Times Square NYC, who, on Thursday, May 7th, around 12-1PM, know that we will never forget all that they did for us. I am humbled. I am sorry I forgot their names. Please give them a raise at least, they so very much deserve more. Highly overrated, staff were very nice but everything was extremely overpriced and nothing special about the property.

It was great experience

Not a bad place for the price but a bit micro hotels. Won’t want to spend time there but you’re in NYC so you shouldn’t be anyway. However, confusing shower adjustments, no hot water and a black out curtain that did close all the way so the lights from across the courtyard blared all night.
