Room was not cleaned first night
Bathtub dirty floor dirty furniture stained and chipped
Only after complaining did they properly clean the bathtub (but still had stained black ring) & room
Overall room is quite dated/old -does not look like the pictures
The lobby looks really nice, but when you get to the rooms not the same care
Pool kids are free but had to beg for grandparent to be able to sit and watch (not go in water/deck) $50USD
No complimentary water or tea
Would not stay here again
Spend the extra money and be comfortable
