Great property, I would stay there again, but it was very difficult to find the hotel lobby from the parking structure. Not well marked, then a walk through the mall and through the casino. Not an easy walk if you have a lot of baggage. It was clean and a great value.

Friendly staff. We arrived early. They allow us to check in without additional cost and they were responsive if we needed anything.

Balcony is wonderful

The noise in the room made it very hard to sleep; it sounded like a club was right next door and continued until 2am in the morning. Had issues with the air conditioning, which didn't successfully cool after being out of the room for several hours. Lighting dimmers in room were dated and loosely attached. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great but vanity was very small and difficult to use with being so close to adjacent wall.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.

Very clean hotel, it’s easy to access the subway system from. The staff is amazing and I usually choose to stay here when I visit NYC. I think this is my 7th time staying here.

The price was right, period. Overall, a nice hotel experience. Treasure Island seems slightly dated, but it's a solid, clean hotel. They had me at "free parking," so I loved being able to avoid that extra expense. :) Also, it's really well-located; just a stone's throw off the main I-15 highway entrance & also walking distance to The Sphere for our show. Didn't love the smokey nature of the gambling area that one must always walk through to get to the rooms, front desk, & parking garage. Also, this was a fluke, but the check-in took forever because apparently they'd *just* implemented a newly-coded software system that morning. Just bad timing I think. Doubt that it's always like this.
