Everything was great! Nice staff, complimentary upgraded room. Only thing , the bar/restaurant weren’t accessible. But in a good centralized location! No complaints

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and professional. Where it could be an improvement is the little things that make Nobu an upper echelon like it promotes compared to the Ritz, Peninsula, Waldorf etc. if I’m going to lay $10.50 for a bottle of water in the gift shop I should get that level. Lack of towels in fitness Cntr, long wait for front desk, asking permission to get into the locker room in spa when we have keys that can do this. Changing a dinner res was little difficult too…but it was done. Staying at other Nobu locations this one didn’t meet that level. Mgr was helpful when I brought this to his attention…but overall for spring break they need more staff attending things you get for this price, especially one that adds a $49/day resort fee.

Everything was great!

Delayed check in. Had to wait over an hour after check in time 3pm. Got room key after 4pm. Check out was at 12 noon, room wasnt available but several people were rooms were checked in immediately. Requested convenience fee and valet parking to be refunded. This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response. One thing positive is literally across the street from LA live

You come for the great location but you come back fo the staff. So knowledgeable, attentive and over the top

The property was beautiful and staff were delightful. But be aware, the charge you pay through Expedia will not be your total charge when you check out. I was shocked that at check in they charge $300 “deposit” and then charge “$50” a night for you to park your car plus another $5 for “parking tax” along with a ton of extra “fees” and “taxes” for nonsense things like “CA tourism tax, Room occupancy tax, HWMO CA tax, etc.” there are too many to list but they basically do their best to not return the extra $300 that they charge in the beginning. Also, when I checked in, I was told I was an Expedia VIP and they would usually give me an upgrade but since they were “sold out” they gave me a bottle of wine… they didn’t even ask if I drank. I was there with my minor daughter and not with any other adult so they should have been more accommodating to their “upgrade.” I’m a frequent traveler and I’m aware of these deposits that get charged at check in and then get deposited back at check out. This experience just seemed somewhat odd.
