Definitely didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Location is great but what was poor/underwhelming:
1. Mould in the shower
2. On top of very expensive room service (eg. $38 burger) there is an $8 delivery to your room
3. No complementary water in the room

Although basis the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Would have liked Sky news on the television, but I know it is an extra charge but we couldn't even get channel 7 which was frustrating
