I was charged a $500 deposit for smoking, even though I don’t smoke at all. I tried to inform the front desk, but they informed me that these deposits are automatically added and that there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ve stayed at Rio multiple times with my family. This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and it’s disappointing to say that this will be the last time I stay here.

Room was good size, really clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was regal. Didn’t have time to check out the hot tub, next time I will have to check it out

My first time staying there and they upgraded our room since the one we initially were going to stay in wasn’t ready, the rooms and bathrooms are gorgeous and the staff was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile
