Nu Island Luxury Holidays

Lots of card shops nearby

Perfect hotel!

Excellent hotel, clean and close to shops. Will stay there again if we come back. We usually stay at the imperial hotel but this is much newer and cleaner.

Excellent staff, breakfast and lounge. However, the location wasn’t the best.

Loved the view from my room, lovely bathroom and a luxury hotel. However elements of the room were worn, like the desk, room trimming etc. also there was quite a bit of fussing around things like the direction you stand in when your in a queue for the desk etc. rather then focusing on getting another staff member on the desk. I had more than a few instance like this, and it just felt unnecessary which was a shame. The rooms were always cleaned really well, location of the hotel was good also. It did take me a few days to get the hang of all the different stations etc. I will say that whilst I felt some of what the staff focused on was overly fussy, all of the staff I spoke to were great and very helpful. Again, great view from the room.

Stayed for 2 nights. Good location but housekeeping did not visit - was told they would be in between 10-2, we were out between 8-2:30 and they hadn’t been. Thin walls, woken up early by sounds in the next rooms. Drains in bathroom smelt.

Breakfast is offering a wide range of food and good coffee machine and other hot beverages like hot chai and cocoa, but I still felt it was overpriced.
