We loved everything about the hotel. The only thing is the carts around the halls where too laugh the tires in the floor late night and very early. Other thar that I'm in love of bahia principe hotel!!!

The rooms need to be upgraded and time to the restaurants need to be more accessible

Overall the place is nice. You get what you pay for in a good way. When we travel ocean view is a must and it never disappointed at Moon Palace. The food was also pretty good. You have a wide variety of authentic Jamaican dishes. The beach was clean and you felt like you have a peace of the beach to yourself. Most staff were great but there were some that I truly had to question whether or not they were actually trying to help me. Some things took much longer than expected. For instance, room changing took extremely long and staff were less than excited to answer my questions about its progress. In fact they hung up the phone on me. Despite this, we had a great time at the hotel and would absolutely return in the future.

Everything was good but the most amazing part was our butler Troy, he made life so much easier for us and whenever we needed something fixed he was there to help us if needed. Amazing staff as well everyone was friendly, the resort was beautiful.
