Our stay was excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the bed super comfortable, the room clean, and the breakfast that was included was generous enough to hold us over until dinner. Well-located near restaurants, etc., this hotel is a great value. We'd stay here again!

The great thing about this hotel is that is next to the “sisters” hotels that are great a you can use their amenities. The lobby of the Huentala is very nice like a classic hotel from years ago.
I had problem with the room I got because the view was a wall to the next building,
When we returned the next 3 days, we were given “an upgrade” to the Hualta hotel and the room was great. People were friendlier than at the Huentala.
The hotel was kind enough to let us store our luggage for 2 days while we traveled North.
The breakfast buffet was great.
