I have been staying at the Aria multiple times over the last 15 years. It was the worst stay till date and i will never be returning back.
The lines for everything are crazy. The staff is rude and have such a stiff attitude. They have no concept of hospitality what so ever.
Called 4 times to clean my room, complained and William was nice on a call but the overall experience was terrible. Concierge was a joke. Bell Desk wanted me to drag my bags myself if i wanted it quicker. For 400 usd a night, there are better options for sure. Never again.

"We stayed for a night and were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There were way too many hairs in the shower from previous guests. Maybe missed, but we saw at least 20/30 hairs.
