I have stayed at this facility many years ago and unfortunately the service has gone down. An agent named Mond who was very slow and did not seem confident was checking me in, not only did the process take 20 minutes, he also gave me a room across from an elevator, which he said he wouldn’t do since it’s too noisy. The room had a broken curtain, and 2 lightbulbs from the night stands not working. The tub was also making noise from the pipes. The system on the wall used to open and close curtains and lights was also not working. When I tried to change the room, he tells me the entire facility is booked. Didn’t even try to help me. An engineer had to come to fix everything broken in the room. Cleanliness is also subpar. I found hair on the carpet and bedsheets that didn’t belong to us. I also asked housekeeping for paper cups for drinking liquids, she tells me “we don’t have paper cups at this hotel”. I go downstairs in the hotel lobby and it has 2 stations for coffee and water and they both had paper cups. Staff doesn’t seem to want to help customers anymore and the quality has gone down significantly, this is not acceptable, especially for the price point. There are better hotels in London.

Great location and very helpful team of staff

Very clean comfy room, spacious and modern. Everything on the door step and Waterloo station 8 minute walk away. 12 oclock check out was a big plus and bag drop before check in was handy.
