The staff were great. We extended our stay without issue. Although not a great variety and some items, on occasions, not available, the food was excellent.
The cleaning staff also great. Our cleaner looked after us, even when we couldn't leave our room.

Loved staying here - the last place we stayed on our honeymoon in Vietnam. When we arrived we were greeted with a cold cup of juice and very friendly staff. The room was lovely, with a japanese toilet and a bath! Breakfast was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of food and condiments. We also loved being able to come back from a day out in the humid city to the rooftop with the heated jacuzzi pool to chill out.

From check-in to check-out, staff was fantastic. Room was spacious & clean. Highly recommend the seafood buffet in the hotel. Many options with beef choices. Elevators could be better given the size of the hotel but great stay. Great Location.
