This was advertised as breakfast included. It wasn’t. It was 25€ per person. When we checked in the attendant stayed at his desk and never offered help or acknowledgment. When we checked out the attendant was wonderful, and kind-helped us to find the shuttle schedule and was very pleasant. The restaurant was lovely, clean, well decorated. The room was very nice, however to AC unit made a high pitched squeal when it was running and it was not conducive to a restful environment.

The premises were very modern, including elevators, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant and rooms. Very comfortable bed. In Brussels, it is not the practice to provide water free of charge - all dining establishments offer bottled water only - which MUST be paid for. A glass of tap water simply isn’t available.

Very comfortable room. The hotel was not in the center of town so not loud and congested but still walking distance from old center.

This was a nice location, 5 mine walk to/from Bruxelles Nord metro, and the main strip of shopping, and other tourist sites. Since it was in the north, it was a bit more quiet, and near a lovely park. The staff were excellent, attentive, and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!

located in the heart of old town Brussels, this property is an old architecture, with spacious rooms and well maintained conditions. I wish the staff on duty during the day was a bit more customer friendly and empathetic. A stone face with a uniform answer: we don't have any rooms until after 3pm really doesn't come across well. the guy in the evening shift was very friendly and flexible.

It was a decent place to stay. Staff was very friendly. The only bad thing was the shower tub was too high.. you really have to jump into it

There was no clear separation between shower and toilet . Apart from that room was good , rest of the stay was good
