"Wow true to the name Grand.. Had a Grand stay with my wife. What an absolute cracking breakfast and the room is well nice (Just needs a good dust In some areas). The staff are all warm and welcoming. The spa is fantastic , by far the best spa I've been to"

"Sofitel is always our go to when transferring through Heathrow. Convenient, quiet and nicely appointed. Added benefit that their bar stayed open to watch the world cup!. The only issue was a knocking/dripping noise coming from underneath our bath tub. Luckily we were too tired to care."
