This has been one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed on. The property is beautiful and has a private beach that is quiet and relaxing. The room has a direct view to the ocean and is spacious and nice. The pool is wonderful and so is the service, all of the restaurants in the hotel are fantastic and have a great variety of food, the staff is generous and nice. Also, the spa has very different therapies that I have never seen in my life, i opted for an Indian head massage and it was wonderful. The fitness center is very complete and they even offer personal training and yoga, TRX, and Pilates lessons. Me and my husband never want to leave!!!

Absolutely gorgeous! The views were breathtaking. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were beautiful. This was the nicest resort I have ever stayed at.

We arecompletely amazed by this luxury hotel. From the staff to the facilities, everything is simply flawless. The team truly goes out of their way to assist you and even remembers your name. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary massages and refreshing towels, a lovely touch! The check-in process was smooth and personalized, with no waiting in line. Initially, we had booked the Merchant room with stunning Marina views, which was beautiful, but we were offered an upgrade to the Viceroy room with a sea view. We qualified for a complimentary upgrade, but for some reason, there was a charge, which was fine, and we don’t regret it at all. The room was exceptional, featuring a four-poster bed and ample space. The bathroom was impressive with his and hers sinks. Each room comes equipped with a Nespresso machine, which is fantastic. My only minor concern is that the mugs are quite large and don't fit properly under the machine, causing them to tilt. Unfortunately, when I left the machine unattended, the mug fell and broke. It might be wise to consider providing appropriately sized mugs to prevent any accidents. The swimming pool was wonderful, offering plenty of areas to relax and unwind. Breakfast at the Planters was incredible! You can choose between à la carte and a beautifully arranged buffet. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! There are numerous dining options available as well. To Whom It May Concern at Expedia, I write this letter with an urgent and heavy heart regarding a traumatic and inhumane incident that occurred during our recent stay at Cape Sienna Gourmet Hotels & Villas in Phuket, Thailand, an experience that endangered our safety, violated our basic rights, and left us emotionally distressed. On the day of our scheduled departure, my fiancé and I were detained against our will by the hotel manager over a disputed payment of $180 USD, a charge I attempted to settle using my Discover Bank Debit Card. The hotel refused the card and, to our utter shock, failed to provide any prior notice that Discover was not an accepted form of payment. As American travelers unaware of this restriction, we were not only caught off guard but offered no alternatives or understanding. Instead, we were subjected to intimidation, humiliation, and complete disregard for our wellbeing. The manager refused every single payment alternative we proposed: Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, and more, despite our desperate efforts to resolve the situation. We even attempted to withdraw cash from an ATM, only to discover it too did not support Discover cards. Rather than assisting or de-escalating the situation, the manager escalated it drastically. We were surrounded by armed guards, multiple hotel staff members, and even our pre-scheduled airport transfer driver, all summoned to form an intimidating line as we were held in place. An Unforgettable Stay – A Living Masterpiece. Absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into what feels like a living work of art. The hand-carved wooden architecture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen — every beam, doorway, and sculpture tells a story. It’s not just accommodation; it’s an immersive experience in craftsmanship and design that left us genuinely speechless. We stayed in one of the large pool villas, and I can’t recommend it enough — it’s completely worth the upgrade. The views were stunning, the privacy unmatched, and the feeling of being in a luxurious forest sanctuary is unforgettable. Special thanks to Sarinna at check-in, who made our arrival so smooth and welcoming — her warmth set the tone for the entire stay and c,out The staff overall were outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind. While the food was good, especially the fresh grill menu, it could be elevated a bit more. That said, the setting is so remarkable that food becomes a secondary concern — you’re too busy soaking in the beauty around you. There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other. I left with a sense of awe and admiration for the incredible detail and effort put into every inch of the property.

The Moracea Hotel is like no other in Khao lak,its set on a stunning beach with a beautiful collection of pools. The staff are the best ive ever known anywhere in the world as they ensure you are having a great experience and always have time for a chat .This hotel stands out amongst the rest ,There arent any negatives whatsoever and we will definately be back .Thankyou for making our stay so special Moracea
