The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lebua and the staff were simply wonderful and very helpful. However, I was here on business and although they have what looks to be a decent business center, it was not open and I don't believe they plan on opening it anytime soon, if ever. I had a number of things I needed to print out for business purposes and it was not convenient to have to email my documents to the staff to print them for me. The lobby of the building stinks of sewage and is a big downside that, in my opinion, prevents this hotel from being a top level place. The Sky Bar is incredibly expensive and not good for meeting colleagues for drinks unless you are willing to spend several hundred dollars. Breakfast was quite good.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries. we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay. Beautiful hotel, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The beds were super comfy, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay.
