Clean comfortable room Bed comfortable Close to tube and shops

I stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The reception and concierge team were friendly. I ordered room service for all my meals and the food was consistently great. Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment. I wasn’t asked about my preferred pressure, any areas of concern, or even asked to complete a consultation form beforehand. The therapist seemed inexperienced, and overall the treatment felt very unprofessional. The spa facilities themselves were also underwhelming. The changing rooms and showers were not particularly clean or well maintained, which further detracted from the experience. I raised my concerns with the main reception team, but unfortunately they did not appear to take the issue seriously and offered no real effort to resolve the situation. Overall, while the room, reception staff, and food were very good, the spa experience let the whole trip down, especially given that it was a key part of why I booked the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel feels closer to a 4-star experience at best. If you’re staying in the area, I would recommend booking the Hilton.
