Lovely hotel with nice bar area including outside seating. Easy walk to the underground station. Only issue we had was that the sofa bed for my daughter was not made up on arrival, we requested this twice during the evening and said we’d do it if the bedding was somewhere in the room. When they eventually came all the bedding was actually within the folded up sofa bed already and would’ve taken us 5 mins if we’d known.

It is a severely overpriced property for what it offers. However, the French restaurant downstairs is excellent (food wise, not ambience).

Great location next to the airport. Rooms were clean and sound proofing brilliant. The quietist airport hotel we've ever stayed in. Aircon worked great not hot and stuffy like other hotels. Staff helpful.Did not eat there so can't comment on food.

Did not explore the hotel as arrived late and left early. Hotel had a wedding on so was busy but the place seemed nice.

The room had great AC. Front desk person very nice although check in process was prolonged. We arrived rather late around 10 pm and front desk said they had to check if the room was clean which seemed odd. The carpets were stained inside the room and out which was unappealing.

Bus Stop transport going to terminal 5 is very accessible.
