The hotel is very modern and beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is spotless and staff very friendly. We definitely would stay again.
The only one that I would change is the temperature of the water in the hot tub :)

Lawerence/Lauren was terrific! So helpful and friendly. I just hope I spelled his name right.
We travelled as a family of 5 and had connected rooms with a shared entrance so we could easily commute between rooms but still have privacy.

Initial city view room on floor 11 had a constant hum from the fans which kept us up all night, windows didn't open so felt stuffy. Showers on that site are in a bathtub so not accessible. Got moved to another floor with a sea view which was nice but had to pay extra, despite having one of the worse sleeps of my life on our first night. Overall the hotel is a little tired and dated in terms of fit-out. There's a nightclub downstairs so some noise will come through on weekends until midnight
