Service was excellent and the team made us feel special while we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. The room is outstanding with an amazing view over the river. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff at ITL were attentive and you can tell they enjoy working there.

Beds are very comfortable
Not once during our 4 day stay did a staff member acknowledge us to say hello or even smile.
The breakfast situation was a nightmare many tables were reserved & one staff member was quite rude.
