Best location and great staff

The staff were all so nice and answered any questions to the best of their ability. Huge plus that they had taxis on standby all through the day at the entrance of the hotel!

Loved everything about it

If you want to feel like royalty, stay here. The hotel staff immediately greets you at check in and seats you to walk you through the check in process. The Bell attendant escorted us to the room and explained all the amenities. I wish I had more time to stay and take in the restaurants but I did try the room service which was beyond delicious and well priced. There’s also a nice garden attached to the hotel which was an added perk. Absolutely an amazing hotel.

The Prince Gallery Hotel is modern luxe at its best. The room was spacious with spectacular view of Tokyo. It was outfitted with absolutely everything you can think of, from luxe cotton pjs and kimono robes, to every possible toiletry one might need. The staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel was safe and lovely with convenient access to the subway. The only caveat is that it’s not actually walking distance to many of the most interesting sights. That was okay with us. Taxis, Uber and subway is readily available and nothing was very far. The bar is chic and the Oasis restaurant serves a wonderful buffet breakfast.

The Prince Gallery Hotel is modern luxe at its best. The room was spacious with spectacular view of Tokyo. Amazing stay. Incredible service at Executive House Zen. If you want incredible service, quiet & comfort then stay here! Loved how quiet it was (very & we stayed in a number of Tokyo hotels- the garden around the property was a quietness buffer that was more effective than being on the 45th floor of other hotels). Beds were quite comfortable even if a little on the firm side (standard for Japan). Great view of Mt Fuji from the lounge. Impeccable service, especially by Yuki. Excellent English & went so far out of her way to make sure we had a great time & had everything we could ever need. The rest of the team were flawless too. Loved the garden- worth it on its own. Super close to the subway, so very convenient, Always taxis at the door with staff happy to explain in Japanese exactly where you need to go to the driver. (Tip- Make sure you have a physical credit card with you in Tokyo & some Yen cash). I travel a lot and this hotel is now one of my favourites in the world. Highly recommend!
