Easy walk to Toyko Tower. Used taxi. Didn’t even attempt shuttle to train station.
Beds were little on hard side. Not the most comfortable also not uncomfortable, just OK

This hotel is amazing! Incredible room, amazing swimming pool and spa area, great restaurant, and right next to a subway stop within one minute. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and a special shout out to Kenichi who went above and beyond to help me with transportation, activities, and other questions that I had. Really an awesome hotel and perhaps the greatest city on earth, Tokyo.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet and a super garden! My only suggestion is to clean the multiple spots on the carpet in room 4311. Arigato!

I was attending a concert at the Tokyo Dome facility. This hotel was perfect! Quite a number of hotel guests were attending the same concert. The facilities were good the WiFi could have been faster but was useable.
The cleaning stff were particulalrly helpful.
If you are staying on the Executive floor do make use of the lounge - I only managed to do so once becuase I was busy - an excellent selection of quality spirits on offer although they could have perhaps had a craft beer selection. Maybe next time!?
