Great stay, nice hotel and clean room. Food in restaurant was really nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to access town and beach.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Whether we were relaxing in our villa, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or taking advantage of the amenities, everything was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the staff—they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, they made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and explore the beauty of New Zealand North Island. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Our stay was perfect. Fantastic view from our room. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. The laundry room was such a blessing as we were travelling. The staff was great, so polite and helpful. I would highly recommend! 👌

Warm, friendly & helpful hostess who had just recently taken over the hotel. Stunning views over the Bay of Islands. However breakfast service and content was poor at times. The room lacked aspects at this price level. Towels were frayed, no safe for valuables. Also access to the hotel is tight and challlenging.
