They were painting all of the hallways and doors in the middle of check in time on a busy weekend. Wet paint everywhere and got on my clothes. The air conditioner is broken but thankfully the windows open so it was enough to keep it cool. I also found 8 open safety pins on the carpet in the middle of my room and the sink faucet was in pieces in the sink. Otherwise the room was clean, great view of Christ church and the staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel! Staff was very accommodating. My wife and I ate at the restaurant which was excellent, and had coffee in the morning at the coffee shop, which was excellent as well! Highly recommend!
